6. What should we do if the goods arrive damaged or are detained by customs?
The Yangmei seedlings are goods. If you are unable to receive them due to personal reasons, refunds are not supported. Please unpack and inspect the boxes within 48 hours after receiving them. For single trees, if the bark is not scratched by a fingernail and turns green, it is alive. Trees with soil can be directly transplanted. For bare-root trees, please immerse them in rooting water for 4 hours before transplantation.
