The Baiyu Dongkui (Bai Dongkui No. 2) is a rare variety. This variety is a mutant strain of Dongkui yangmei. Apart from the fruit color, all other traits are the same as Dongkui. The fruit color is light yellow and vigorous. The tree crown is tall. The fruit surface color is light pink. The average single fruit weight is 24 grams, the soluble solid content is 11.5%, and the edible rate is 95.0%. It is sweet and sour to an appropriate degree, with excellent quality. It matures in early June in Zhejiang and Fujian.
