Jinxia Zao Youpan is a premium early-maturing flat nectarine variety, developed by the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences from the cross of "Zaofengtian" and "Jinxia Youpan". Recognized as a 2024 provincial leading agricultural variety, this exceptional cultivar combines early maturity, outstanding sweetness, and excellent marketability.

Appearance:
The fruit features a distinctive flat, saucer-like shape. It has smooth, glossy, hairless skin typical of nectarines. When unbagged, the entire fruit develops a beautiful full red color; when bagged, the skin turns a pure golden yellow – both highly attractive for retail sales. The flesh is bright yellow with a fine texture.

Flavor:
Exceptionally sweet and aromatic, with a soluble solids content of 15.2%–20.3%. The fruit is initially crisp and refreshing; when fully ripe, it becomes soft and wonderfully juicy with an intensely sweet flavor.
