Appearance:
The fruit features a distinctive flat, saucer-like shape. When bagged, it develops a beautiful golden-yellow skin with yellow flesh; unbagged fruit has a reddish skin. The flesh is firm, crisp, and thick.

Flavor:
Exceptionally sweet with a soluble solids content of 13%–16%, delivering a rich, enjoyable flavor with a pleasant aroma.
