Jujin No. 1 is a premium late-season crisp plum variety from the green crisp plum family. It is prized for its exceptionally thick natural bloom, sweet freestone flesh, and strategic late-season timing that captures market demand when early plums have finished.

Appearance:
The fruit is round to oval with a light green to pale green-yellow skin. Its most distinctive feature is the exceptionally thick white powdery bloom, often twice as thick as ordinary plums, giving it a frosty, premium appearance. The flesh is pale green, crisp, and firm.

Flavor:
Exceptionally sweet with a soluble solids content of 17° Brix and no astringency. The flesh is freestone (separates easily from the pit) and melts in the mouth (literally “melts in the mouth”), offering a pure, crisp, sweet eating experience.
