Yongyou No. 1 is a premium table grape variety, bred from a bud sport of the ‘Fujiminori’ (藤稔) grape in Ningbo, Zhejiang. Officially registered in 2000, this tetraploid European-American hybrid belongs to the Kyoho family and has become a popular mid-to-late season variety in southern China, prized for its large purple-black berries, crisp texture, and distinctive strawberry aroma.

Appearance:
The clusters are conical, averaging 500–650 grams. The berries are nearly round with a stunning purple-black to purple-red skin covered in a thick natural bloom – a hallmark of freshness. Average berry weight reaches 14–16 grams under quality management, with premium berries up to 18 grams.
