Description:
Fuping Pointy-Tipped Persimmon is a premium persimmon variety with over 2,000 years of cultivation history in Fuping County, Shaanxi Province, China. It is recognized as the best persimmon variety for producing the world-famous Fuping Dried Persimmon (Persimmon Cake) and is protected as a National Geographical Indication Product . According to the only persimmon museum in the world, located in Yoshino, Japan: "The best persimmon production region in the world is Fuping" .

Appearance:
The fruit is large and cone-shaped with a distinctive pointed tip – a feature that gives the variety its name . The skin turns a beautiful orange-yellow to orange-red when ripe, and the flesh is thick, juicy, and low in fiber .
