Product Name: Cuimi Kumquat (Crisp Honey Kumquat)
Description:
Cuimi Kumquat is a premium third-generation kumquat variety, bred from a natural bud mutation of 'Huapi Kumquat' through seven years of selection in Rongan, Guangxi, and officially certified in 2014 (Registration No.: Gui Shen Guo 2014003). Known as the “Maybach of citrus” , this variety has revolutionized the kumquat market with its extraordinary sweetness, large size, and seedless convenience.
A Kumquat That Breaks All Rules:
Unlike traditional kumquats with spicy, acidic flavor and numerous seeds, Cuimi Kumquat delivers a pure, sweet taste with no astringency. The flesh is crisp, juicy, and tender with a juice rate of 56.9% and edible rate of 99.33% – almost the whole fruit can be enjoyed.
Appearance:
The fruit is oval with a beautiful golden-yellow to orange-red skin that is smooth, thin, and translucent. The skin has very few oil cells, eliminating the pungent taste typical of ordinary kumquats. Each fruit averages 20.5 grams, with premium fruit reaching up to 35.6 grams.
Flavor:
Cuimi Kumquat delivers an exceptionally sweet, honey-like flavor with a soluble solids content of 21%–25% Brix and total sugar of 16.5%. With extremely low acidity (0.18%) and a sugar-to-acid ratio of 91.4, it offers pure sweetness without a hint of tartness or bitterness.
